David Goldberg developed his passion for complex estate and business financial planning through his experience as a successful business operator and investor. The majority of David’s career has been focused on solving complex problems in big industries. As a venture-backed entrepreneur, he has led or been on teams that raised eight figures of venture funding, leading to successful exits to companies like Penske Media and AOL.

Upon selling his last venture, an AI-powered telehealth platform in the integrative medicine space, David made the conscious decision to move into financial services to leverage his experience for the benefit of his clients.

David’s mission is to help individuals, families and businesses solve complex financial challenges so they can live, build and enjoy life the way everyone deserves to. He resides in La Jolla, California, with his wife, Sarah, and their two young children, Indra and Sennan. They enjoy spending their free time together playing sports, hiking and traveling the world, grateful for every moment.
