Chase Marable

Chase Marable is a Managing Director at Higginbotham, bringing a strong background in risk management, strategic leadership and client advocacy. He joined the company through its partnership with Connell Insurance and has since played a key role in driving growth, optimizing agency operations and fostering long-term client relationships.

As Managing Director, Chase is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the agency, ensuring revenue growth and leading a team of insurance professionals. His expertise spans risk management, financial oversight and operational efficiency. He is committed to a proactive client service approach, focusing on comprehensive risk assessments, tailored insurance solutions and long-term cost reduction strategies.

Chase holds both a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management and Insurance (2017) and a Master of Business Administration (2022) from Missouri State University.

Deeply involved in his community, Chase dedicates his time to organizations that support children in foster care and those battling cancer. He serves as a board member for Generations Village, KVC Health (Southwest MO), Volunteer Leaders of the Ozarks and the Sigma Nu Theta Sigma Housing Association. Additionally, he chairs the St. Jude Springfield Walk/Run.

Outside of work, Chase enjoys volunteering, hiking, traveling, playing sports and spending time with his wife, Haley, their son, Henry, and their two dogs.
