Charles Bailey IV

Charlie Bailey is a Managing Director at Higginbotham. After graduating from The University of Alabama’s business school in 2011, he began his career with an insurance brokerage in the state before joining Higginbotham in 2023.

He has extensive experience in commercial insurance but focuses his practice on construction, surety and real estate risks. As Managing Director, he helps to oversee the firm’s strategy while driving growth in both client and team talent.

Charlie earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2018. He is very involved in his community, serving on the board of directors of numerous local and state organizations.
