Brittany Bishop

Brittany Bishop serves as a Vice President at Higginbotham, bringing more than 15 years of experience across payroll, PEO, HRIS and insurance. She offers a strategic, well-rounded perspective to employee benefits consulting, helping employers design programs that support both financial sustainability and workforce engagement.

Since 2020, Brittany has partnered with employers at Higginbotham to optimize their benefits programs and drive long-term cost containment. She is known for developing creative, results-driven strategies, including self-funded solutions, funding model redesigns and innovative vendor partnerships. Her deep understanding of HR operations and benefits technology allows her to build benefit strategies that align with company culture and business objectives.

Brittany is the founder of SHE-Leads (Strategic, High-Achieving and Empowered), an internal women’s leadership initiative at Higginbotham with more than 150 participating female associates and leaders. The program is focused on advancing women in the insurance industry through mentorship and professional development. Passionate about supporting women and families, Brittany believes their impact is essential to building stronger, more effective workplaces.

Brittany lives in Galveston County, Texas, with her husband, two children and three dogs.
