Blake Denby

Blake Denby began his career in employee benefits in 2001 and joined Higginbotham Public Sector, a specialized division of Higginbotham focused on education and government clients, in 2017. Blake’s expertise lies in benefits consultation and designing benefit programs to best support Texas educators. He has managed sales and service teams to support more than 350 school district clients with employee counts ranging in size from 50 to 20,000.

With a commitment to cultivating and managing relationships with customers, strategic partners and industry stakeholders, he regularly serves as an advocate and sounding board for his clients. Internally, Blake builds successful teams through training and mentorship, professional development and a creative and energetic mindset.

Before joining Higginbotham, Blake promoted benefits services for The Advanced Financial Group and served as a Managing Director at U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group, where he was the top salesperson for seven consecutive years.
