Aaron Scharf

Aaron Scharf serves as a Managing Director at Higginbotham Financial, where he combines financial expertise with a people-first approach to service. Aaron graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida and began his career as a financial consultant with Higginbotham Financial, formerly Paradigm Gilbert.

In his current role, he meets the insurance and financial needs of individual and corporate clients by managing a team of policy service specialists, finance and banking professionals, case managers and designers, along with overseeing the operations of Higginbotham’s financial services arm. Aaron is renowned for creating innovative plan options and clearly communicating complex financial concepts to his clients. His professional philosophy centers on integrity and transparency, as he prioritizes his clients’ best interests and measures his success by the positive impact he makes on their lives.

Originally from Boca Raton, Florida, Aaron has been a proud Southern California resident for over a decade. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, spending time outdoors and trying new restaurants. He serves on the Board of Governors for Cedars-Sinai and is involved with the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
