Each summer, we welcome students from across the country for an internship experience that goes far beyond busy work. Our program is built for curious, motivated individuals who want to develop real-world skills, form lasting connections and discover how a people-first culture drives success.
In 2025, we hosted 84 interns across nine states, with many joining us from over 39 colleges and universities nationwide, including several from institutions we partner with. From business majors and marketing students to those studying finance, HR and risk management, we value diverse perspectives and backgrounds.

Coming into the corporate world can be intimidating and scary, especially as a college student, but Higginbotham really makes you feel comfortable. You walk out with connections, networking opportunities and friends for a lifetime.
