At Higginbotham, we are passionate about investing in future generations. Not only do we value cultivating university relationships, we love hosting students from a variety of backgrounds, majors and universities during our Summer Internship Program. In 2023, we hosted 35 interns in 11 offices across our firm’s footprint. Of those interns, two received $5,000 scholarships from the Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers, and a handful have already accepted jobs and are now full-time members of the Higginbotham family. Our 2024 program will start June 3 and provide in-person learning opportunities with our business insurance, employee benefits, HR services, risk management, benefit plan support, marketing/communications and operations teams.
