Serving as an advocate and resource for Higginbotham’s employee benefits personnel, Morales will support their professional development by leveraging her communication, leadership and strategic planning talent to strengthen team relationships and productivity. Her role at Higginbotham will help deploy companywide processes that position the firm for sustainable growth.

Before Higginbotham, Morales spent 12 years in various leadership roles at Lincoln Financial Group. She received the National Sales Conference Spotlight Award in 2019 and was nominated for the Achievement of Excellence Award in 2016 and 2017. Morales graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in finance.
