Ryan Slaughter

Ryan Slaughter is a Managing Director at Higginbotham. He joined the company through a partnership with Exploration Insurance Group in 2019.

As a Managing Director, Ryan is responsible for finding insurance solutions that meet each of his clients’ needs. He is dedicated to his clients and the relationships he forms with them. When it comes to client service philosophy, Ryan finds risk management and negotiation to be particularly important for ensuring great client service.

Prior to entering the workforce, Ryan attended Texas State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.

Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family. He is married to Brittni, and together they have two boys, Parks and Tate.
