JP Perez works with business owners, professional firms and high-net-worth individuals to help identify risks and implement financial strategies to protect key people and strengthen long-term financial outcomes through solutions like key person coverage, executive benefit plans and life insurance-based retirement strategies.

His approach is rooted in service. JP takes the time to understand each client’s full picture, making sure they walk away feeling heard and taken care of. He believes leading with honesty and good intentions isn’t just the right way to do business; it’s what builds relationships that last.

JP earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and entrepreneurship from the University of Houston in 2025 and is an alumnus of the Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship. He is also an active member of Business Networking International (BNI).

Outside of the office, JP is an avid gym-goer and volleyball player with a passion for health and wellness. His favorite way to unwind is exploring new coffee shops around the city.
