Higginbotham’s Employee Response Center can be engaged for high-volume short assignments, such as open enrollment, or extended projects, such as new hire enrollments, or year-round employee claims and benefits consultations. We get to know your organizational culture, employee base, and benefit plan so we can offer customized programs to meet your call-handling requirements.

Because our Employee Response Center is managed in-house, the licensed professionals taking your employees’ inquiries can speak knowledgeably about your benefit plan and give answers promptly.

Answering the Call

Higginbotham’s Employee Response Center is open to answer calls and respond to email messages Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. Voicemail is available outside of those times with calls promptly returned the next business day. If you have non-English speaking employees, we have access to interpreters for more than 140 languages.
