IRS Guidance on Tax Credits for Employee Leave Under the FFCRA

After the FFCRA leave provisions expired at the end of December 2020, the Consolidated Appropriations Act extended the tax credits through March 31, 2021, for employers that continued to offer FFCRA leave voluntarily. The ARPA passed in March 2021 extended the credits again through Sept. 30, 2021.
